Chartered accountant since 1991 and Statutory auditor, since 1996 he has been the owner of Studio Fallacara which deals with tax consultancy, corporate consultancy, tax litigation, auditing. He has taught at various institutes such as Unint, Pegaso International University, the Higher School of Economics and Finance formerly the “Ezio Vanoni” School of the Ministry of Finance, the Tax Police School of the Guardia di Finanza and sits in various boards of auditors. Since 2018 he has been a member of the scientific committee at the Institute for Corporate Governance dealing with scientific activities in the field of corporate governance and business economics.
