Luiss Business School invites you to participate in “The Value Proposition in Bidding” an Open Lesson scheduled for June 21 at the Rome campus, Villa Blanc, to introduce the Executive Programme in Bid and Proposal Management.
The Open Lesson will focus on techniques for drafting and presenting the Value Proposition within bidding offers in the sectors of supplies, services, public works, concessions, and EU projects. Participants will have the opportunity to explore strategies and techniques such as SMART or the Message Tree, combined with a skillful mix of images and text, to formulate the best Value Proposition. Understanding the projects and success expectations of the Buyer is crucial, as value is subjective.
Additionally, the second and third editions of the course will be presented during the event, starting in autumn in Rome and Milan.
