Laura Di Raimondo, Adjunct Faculty Member at the Luiss Business School, is General Director of Asstel – Assotelecomunicazioni, the trade association that, within the Confindustria system, represents the entire telecommunications sector. 

During her activities, she has developed a high level of leadership in complex organisations and skills in managing people, budgets and objectives. She has consolidated a high relational ability matured over the years in the institutional sphere through constant and consolidated relations with all interlocutors (Government, Parliament, Independent Authorities, Regional and Local Institutions, Business System) and aimed at representing and promoting the interests of the telecommunications and digital system. 

She has perfected a high and recognised knowledge of labour-related issues, HR topics and Industrial Relations. 

She has been and is a member of several institutional bodies and commissions. 

After graduating in Political Science, she obtained a Master’s degree in Communication Management at Bocconi University’s Business School and a three-year Master’s degree as Head of Personal Data Processing at Università degli Studi Roma Sapienza.  

She has gained significant experience in various companies in the ICT and Tlc sector, including Telecom Italia. She was also Director of Industrial Relations at Unindustria in Rome.
