Marco Mennella is an expert M&A lawyer, with more than 10 years of experience in assisting clients in complex M&A transactions and, since 2019, he also represents and manages the Abu Dhabi branch of Gianni & Origoni Law Firm, managing clients, personnel, and administrative matters related to the branch, as well as coordinating and overviewing the activities of the legal team of the branch.

He advises and assists clients for the resolution of delicate matters in the Middle East, especially in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia applying UAE, Saudi, UK, and Italian laws.

Marco Mennella is a member of the Advisory Board of Sorbonne University in Abu Dhabi.

He has also been appointed as member of the Board of Directors of various companies and associations in the United Arab Emirates and in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

He is speaker at many congresses, seminars, and webinars about doing business in the United Arab Emirates, UAE corporate and licensing matters, and UAE labour law.

At the beginning of his career, Marco Mennella also worked in the London office of a major US law firm and as Assistant Professor (“Cultore della Materia”) in “Logica ed Informatica Giuridica” at University “Federico II” in Naples (Italy).
