Professor of Practice in Technology and Innovation
Hylke Sprangers is Professor of Practice in Technology and Innovation at Luiss Business School.
He is an international expert in digital and technology with a strong background in strategy, innovation, and governance. Experienced in shaping digital strategies, leading large-scale tech organizations, and providing board oversight.
Hylke is lecturing at the intersection of technology, economics, and leadership for degree students, executives, and supervisory boards. His applied research focuses on digital and technology strategy, as well as AI innovation and transformation.
Hylke serves as a supervisory board member at digital and technology-driven companies and organizations.
Previously, he was Group CTO and Executive Board Member at Talpa Network, a global media and entertainment company operating in 180 countries, well known for its talent competition The Voice. Before joining Talpa, he held several senior executive roles in the technology industry.
Hylke graduated cum laude in Computer Science from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. In 2018, he was elected as CIO of the Year in the Netherlands.
