Alessandro Adotti, Adjunct Faculty Member at Luiss Business School, is a lawyer, admitted to practice before the higher Courts and Partner of the Law Firm Adotti – Adotti & Associates. 

Alessandro Adotti mainly deals with civil, corporate and compliance law with specific focus in the areas of the Legislative Decree 231/01 and personal data protection.  

He graduated in Law in 1989 from Luiss – Guido Carli and subsequently earned a three-year degree in Political Sciences from the University of Roma Tre. 

He is the scientific co-referent of the Executive Program in Compliance Management (EPCM) of the Luiss Business School.   

As corporate lawyer, Alessandro Adotti also held the role of Legal Director and others, for a significant number of years. 

He is the author of articles and contributions referring to some areas of compliance and EU law regulations.
