The initiative is intended as a training opportunity designed to provide the essential principles of real estate financial evaluation.

In particular, in the first part you will impart basic terminology, it will highlight the purpose of the financial assessment for real estate asset and then expose those who are the main approaches taken at an international level.

In the second part, you will devote on concrete case studies, in order to better focus the notions given and understand the flow in the field.

Participation in the seminar will give 5 CFP for the purposes of the upgrading professional skills of engineers ex DPR 137/2012 and subsequent regulation approved by the Ministry of Justice. The 5 CFP will be recognised only with the participation of the entire duration of the event.
