logo-medio-isipm On 25th September, 2015 LUISS Business School and ISIPM throw a bridge between Sport Professionals and Project Managers since both of them can have many links.

In the involving debate led by Paolo de Laurentiis, former athlete and journalist at Corriere dello Sport, athletes running for RIO 2016, former Olympic athletes, coaches and Sport Managers will discuss the following topics:

  • Identifying opportunities. As in each projects, it is essential to identify early the athlete where to focus the attention on.
  • Developing a plan in the short, medium and long term.
  • Identifyingcontrol methods during meetings, training and competitions.
  • Feeding the right feedback and planning the training depending on the got results.
  • Developing athletic, physical and psychological skills: awareness, development of strengths, weaknesses mitigation, search for new solutions and training techniques.
  • Managing the relationship with stakeholders: technical team, sport company, CONI, media (press, TV, internet).
  • Fostering on the sponsors and managing their expectations.
  • Catching thesuccesses and giving the wealth of experience to future generations.

  • 3:00 – 3:10 pm – Welcome of Professor Paolo Boccardelli, Dean LUISS Business School
  • 3:10 – 3:20 pm – Enrico Mastrofini, President at ISIPM, introduces
  • 3:20 – 6.00 pm – Debate

The debate will be moderated by Paolo de Laurentiis, journalist at Corriere dello Sport

  • Stefano Magionami, 2nd Coach level at FIN. Head coach of Sports Club Domar Team and coach at Circolo Canottieri Aniene.
  • Larissa Nevierov, athlete FIV, Europe and women Laser classes, Gold Medal World Championship 1998, Gold Medal World University 2000, Silver Medal World Championship 2001, Bronze Medal World Championship 2009, participation in three Olympic Games in 2000, 2004, 2008.
  • Gregorio Paltrinieri, athlete FIN, Financial Police Sporting Group, Silver Medal Junior World Championship 2011, Gold Medal Junior European Championship 2011, Gold Medal European Championship 2012, Bronze Medal World Championship 2013, Gold Medal Europe 2014, European record holder in 1500 long course.
  • 6:00 pm: Conclusions and Roundtable
  • 6:30 – 7.00 pm        Cocktail
