Andrea Laudadio, Adjunct Faculty Member at Luiss Business School, is Head of TIM Academy & Development at TIM, responsible for Training, Development, Welfare, People Care, and Diversity & Inclusion.   

He has degrees in Psychology, Economics, Political Science, and Communication Science and a PhD in Cognitive Science.  

He has taught at many important Italian universities. He directs the ITS Academy ‘Maria Gaetana Agnesi’ in Rome.  

His research focuses on positive psychology, inclusion, and resilience, analysing the impact of HR practices on organisational well-being. With Giunti, he recently published the handbook ‘Nessuno Escluso’, dedicated to transforming companies into caring communities. He edits the ‘Woke Corner’ column in the daily newspaper ‘Il Riformista’.
