Andrea Silvestri, a seasoned expert in tax advisory and litigation, has spent the past three decades addressing complex tax matters and assisting leading Italian and international corporations. He established and led the tax department of a prominent Italian law firm, where he was a partner for twenty years. He is currently Senior Partner at the Italian law firm Legance – Avvocati Associati.

He holds degrees in Economics and Business as well as in Law, along with a PhD in Tax Law. He also earned an LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University and obtained a Certification in Corporate Governance from INSEAD in Fontainebleau.

Adjunct Faculty Member at Luiss Business School, where he teaches Strategic Tax Management, he is also the author of articles in both Italian and international tax journals, contributes to national media, and regularly speaks at industry conferences.

He published two books with Franco Angeli: “Nuovo Fisco, Nuova Europa: lo scenario fiscale in un mondo meno globale” (2023) and “Il fisco che vorrei. Una nuova politica fiscale per far ripartire l’Italia” (2018).
