More than 20 years of experience in the corporate finance sector, Andrea Valenti is senior advisor to Arthur D Little Spa (multinational in the management consulting sector) and Managing Director of AD Capital Consulting Srl, a financial advisory company focused on assisting SME companies for which it originated and executed extraordinary finance operations (M&A, Debt & Equity capital markets).

In the past he has held managerial positions in UBS Italia, Deutsche Bank, Capitalia and Advance, gaining significant experience in the corporate finance and capital markets sectors.

Graduated in Economics and Commerce from the La Sapienza University of Rome, he attended specialization courses at Harvard BS, London Business School, NYU Stern BS and University of California.

He holds the position of independent director in Italian companies and investment vehicles and is Adjunct Professor of Corporate Finance at the Luiss Business School in Rome.

He speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
