He is an entrepreneur, and an executive consultant with proven international experience in developing, managing, and enhancing human capital. He helps and supports organizations in strengthening managerial and leadership skills by reviewing People processes and structures, driving new strategic mindset approaches, and experimenting innovative organizational methodologies.

Felice Valente earned his degree from the University of Bergamo, where he deepened his knowledge in behavioral economics and in recruiting and training processes within Learning Organizations. Over the course of his 25+ years of corporate career, he has held senior HR leadership roles across various industries, ranging from automotive to telecommunications, as well as consumer electronics and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), living and operating in 4 countries for almost 15 years.

Felice Valente has successfully led major organizational transformation and integration processes, such as the harmonization of the commercial structure of Iveco Magirus Germany, the redesign of Talent Management processes for the commercial structure of Philips International BV, and the creation of a People Development function at Pirelli.

He holds a strong passion for people development and extensive expertise in the most advanced talent acquisition, development, and managerial training processes. Specializing in corporate behavior and organizational culture analysis, he has a long-standing experience in board and C-suite advisory.
