Physician with deep medical and research knowledge and over 25 years of international clinical experience in med-tech and pharma companies with global footprint.  She played roles of increasing responsibility in clinical affairs (and more recently in regulatory affairs too), contributing to the development of new therapies, from early phase to commercialization. 

She graduated in medicine cum laude at the University of Padua and practiced medicine at the Institute of Internal Medicine of the university hospital of Padua and in the field.  She specialized in geriatrics cum laude and completed a Ph.D. that served as bridge to the research world in the pharmaceutical industry.  Innovative, patient-focused, quality driven, with strong work ethics and expertise in people development and change management.
