Francesco Fallacara, Adjunct Faculty Member at Luiss Business School, is a certified public accountant and statutory auditor. He is the founder and principal of Studio Fallacara, a tax and corporate advisory firm based in Rome and Milan, specializing in tax consulting, corporate advisory, tax litigation, and auditing. 

He serves as Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of listed companies and holds positions on the boards of directors, supervisory bodies, and audit committees of other unlisted companies. 

He has taught for many years at important Italian universities. 

He is a member of the Commission for the Update and Revision of Conduct Principles for Boards of Statutory Auditors of Listed Companies and a speaker at conferences, seminars, and events organized by the Order of Chartered Accountants and other public and private institutions, as well as in postgraduate programs on tax and corporate matters.
