Francesco, Adjunct Faculty Member at Luiss Business School, is a Partner in Deloitte’s Valuation & Modelling service line, where he has gained twenty years of experience in valuation and financial planning services, having followed as project leader several projects for national and international companies and groups, specializing in the Consumer Business sectors, with particular reference to Food & Beverage.  

Francesco has participated in several company valuation projects, both in the M&A field and for financial reporting purposes, with specific reference to the estimation of the Fair Value of intangible assets, such as brands, customer lists, patents and know-how.  

He has also acquired significant experience in corporate planning, both strategic and financial.  

Francesco holds a master’s degree in Business Economics (from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome) and an MBA (from Luiss Business School in Rome). He has also attended numerous training courses.  

He is a chartered accountant and expert in Advanced Corporate Finance at LUISS University in Rome. He holds several teaching positions at Luiss Business School on topics of business valuation, business planning and financial modelling.
