Lelio Mondella is a C-level Executive with extensive experience as Manager, CEO and General Manager of leading companies in the Food and Luxury sector in Italy, France and the United States. He started in the multinational group Steinhauser-Fruit Juces and baby food-, then in the Centrale del Latte of BS (Progetto BIO) and later as GM in the French multinational Florette. In the last 10 years he has been involved in Luxury Food first as CEO of Calvisius caviar (the sustainable Italian caviar famous all over the world) and then in Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy developing Pasticceria Cova in the world. In 2021 he was also CEO of Starlaks Italia (leader in smoked salmon) and since 2022 he has been a member of the Board of Prestat and Domori, as well as CEO of the latter. In the last 4 years he has also taught in the best Italian business schools.
