Graduated in Economics from La Sapienza University of Rome, a Certified Public Accountant, he holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from MIP – Politecnico di Milano and has developed a long professional and managerial experience in the HR and General Management area of Large Companies and SMEs/Family Companies, including listed ones, in which he has held and still sometimes holds, in Fractional Management logic, positions of wide responsibility: HR and Organizational Development Director – General Manager – Managing Director.

Co-founder and partner of TakeYourTime, an innovative B2C service platform aimed at People to enhance their human and professional capital, he deals with Sustainability and Social Impact in the field of Labor, Education, Gender Equality and is a member of the Forum for Sustainable Development at the Ministry of Environment.Evaluator (Lead Assessor) RINA for the Certification of People Competencies, he is FEDERMANAGER Delegate in UNI and CONFINDUSTRIA National Working Groups respectively on national standardization in the field of evaluation and certification of professional and managerial figures and on the system-wide definition of company and managerial figure needs in the field of Sustainability/ESG.Author of numerous articles on Managerial Development, Executive Search, Coaching and Outplacement and host of radio and TV broadcasts in RAI on Management and Kindness in the Exercise of Leadership.
