Luca Olivari is a transformation business partner and former executive and management consultant working at board level with global organizations to support the achievement of growth and innovation aspirations.

He is currently an Adjunct Faculty of Management at Luiss Business School in Rome and Head of the Open Consulting Unit. In addition, Luca has been a visiting Professor at Santa Croce University in Rome for the Program of Church Management since 2018.

He has over 20 years of management consulting experience working predominantly in Organizational Transformation, Company Turnaround and Human Capital Capability Development projects across different industries and in all major geographies (in his career he has worked in over 20 countries).

Luca started his consulting experience in Andersen Consulting in 1995, moving to A.T. Kearney in 1999 where over more than a decade he led the Organization and Transformation Practice in Italy first and later in Middle East. During his professional career, he has also performed interim management roles for global players in different service industries to run full company turnaround projects across multiple geographies (total of >5 years).
