Paolo Palazzo is a Consultant and Executive Coach ICF.

Graduated with honors in Law from the Università Cattolica di Milano, he began his career as a lawyer in civil and corporate law, later specializing in organizational and managerial consulting for Institutions and Non-Profit Organizations.

As a Master Coach, he has supported executives and teams in various industries, including Telecommunications, Banking, Pharmaceuticals, IT, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, and Universities.

A member of ICF with MCC (Master Certified Coach) credentials, he is part of the Committee for the Qualification of the Coaching Profession and the UNI 40/24 Working Group for the technical coaching standards.

His areas of expertise include leadership development, change management, team management, and organizational culture, with extensive experience in designing coaching and soft skills programs for master’s degrees, Executive Education and MBA.

He is a certified practitioner of several assessments: MBTI, Hogan Assessment, CEB-SHL, Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile (EMP) and Deeper Signals.
