Silvia Marinari, graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University of Milan, is Chief Human Resources Officer at Comau. She has around 30 years of experience in Human Resources Management in different sectors and both Italian and multinational firms. Throughout her career, she worked for Terna, AgustaWestland, Selex Elsag, Marconi, Pirelli, Recordati and Accenture, managing the responsibility of all the HR leads for the realization of Strategic Plan and business transformation processes. In particular, she has managed extraordinary operations of efficiency of resources and related costs, as well as development and strengthening processes to allow for the evolution of the skills in line with technological and market evolution. She has been member of Board of Directors of Banca del Mezzogiorno – Medio Credito Centrale and Poste Tutela.
