Vito Giacalone, Adjunct Faculty Member at Luiss Business School, holds the position of First Level Executive at the National Institute for Astrophysics (INAF), with responsibilities in well-being and training needs, within the general management staff. He is an expert in Wellbeing Corporate Education. 

He graduated with honors in Psychology from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in 1994. He is registered with the Order of Psychologists of the Lazio Region (n. 7909) and obtained a specialization in Group-Analytic Psychotherapy with top marks. His experience in academia includes twelve years of teaching as an adjunct professor at various Roman universities, where he taught courses in psychological disciplines. His contribution to the field of education is evidenced by the publication of fifty articles and books. 

With over thirty years of experience in the field of soft skills, he has developed in-depth expertise in the design, implementation, and evaluation of training interventions. He has held diversified and complementary roles, including Trainer, Training Manager, Supervisor, Group Facilitator, Coach, Mentor, Motivational Event Conductor, and People Manager. 

His professional activity has taken place mainly in SMEs, large companies, and multinationals, where he has made a significant contribution to the professional and career growth of employees and managerial figures, to the organizational development of companies, and to the improvement of Organizational Wellbeing.
