She is Lecturer of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. In Luiss Business School she is part of the People Management Competence Center & Lab and she has been involved in a range of research projects in the areas of HRM, Diversity Management, Agile and Smart Working. She currently lectures on the MSc in Human Resource Management and Organizational and MSs in Legal Advisor & HRM.
