Vice President Human Resources at Hitachi Rail, she is Roman with more than 30 years of international experience in Human Resources. Passionate about Human Capital management, she has worked in service and manufacturing companies (Alitalia, Alitalia Cargo, Cargoitalia, Bombardier Transportation, Piaggio Aerospace-Mubadala Group, Hitachi Rail) from various multinational headquarters in Italy, Germany, Switzerland, with global responsibility for the function.

Graduated in Literature and Philosophy at La Sapienza University of Rome, she completed her training in HR Management with a Master at ISMO-Milan and advanced training at SDA Bocconi (Training, Development, Organization, Diversity). Professional Certified Coach/PCC of the International Coaching Federation in Italy and abroad, she has been an Executive Facilitator on the Boards of various companies where she worked.

She developed international focus on the themes of Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Management, Change Management and Organizational Development. Equipped with great personal interest in Industrial Relations and labor contracts as tools for supporting and implementing change. For years also Federmeccanica Representative for the province of Savona and Guest Speaker in Master Classes and in numerous Italian and foreign Conferences.
