She has been researching in the field of Operations and Supply Chain Management in the last twenty years. She has been working at Politecnico di Milano university as assistant researcher from 1999 to 2010, as associate professor from 2010 to 2017. She has been visiting professor at the University of Cincinnati (Cincinnati, OH) from 2014 to 2017. She is a member of MIP Politecnico di Milano Faculty, where she previously served as Vice-Director of the Executive MBA (2009-2011) and of Executive Education (2012-2014). Since 2018, she is contract professor of Supply Chain Management within the Master of Fashion and Luxury Management at Luiss Business School.
