The project Confindustria per i Giovani (Confindustria for the youth) is aimed at encouraging the young people with the job world and knowledge of the Representation system, by supporting them in the understanding of organisational and institutional dynamics of the associative network.

Target

25 University Graduates

Project Objectives

• introduce 25 young graduates to the system of firms and its representation;
• build a curriculum centred on the understanding of organisational and institutional dynamics of the associative network of the Confederation;
• help to create a network of relationships on the territory to make an effective associative  accomplishment, starting with the younger generation.

Admission requirements

• Presenting the admission form, exclusively through the website form;
• CV Screening;
• Written test;
• Motivational Interviews

Training Course

• 6 months of training course that will take place at one or more locations in the system of representation;
• 8 days of classroom training;
• e-learning;
• counselling and tutoring during the training course.

Period

• November 10, 2013: call deadline ;
• November 2013-January 2014: selection;
• February 2014: training begins.

Fianancial Aid

Monthly reimbursement equal to  EUR 1,000
