On Friday, April 12 LUISS Business School will participate in the third edition of the ASFOR accredited Masters’ D-DAY. This initiative has been organized by ASFOR and involves the 40 accredited Masters in an unique event spread throughout Italy.
The workshop “Teamwork & collaboration tools” will help the classroom to take an experience of teamwork, based on an informal and non-hierarchical organizational style, which enhances individual skills and promotes the sharing of knowledge. Every aspect of teamwork will be supported by the use of some of the most used digital tools such as Google Docs for business writing; Slack for communication and synchronization of the team; Trello for agile project management. Then, it will be an exploration of the effects of collaboration on leadership, corporate culture and organisational design.
The workshop will be held by Lorenzo Fabbri, Head of Content Design at Digital Transformation Team, Presidenza del Consiglio.
