Adjunct Professor Recruitment

Mandatory criteria: Managerial positions or equivalent professional/consulting experience or previous positions as adjunct professors in a business school Minimum 10 years of working experience. Qualified teaching experience in graduate, post-graduate and executive education. The selected candidates will be required to: teach at least one course per year (minimum 30 hours) in the programs of Luiss Business School and/or the Department of Business and Management of Luiss Guido Carli University. The balance of the teaching activities among different programs will depend on the teaching needs of the School; be available to design and manage executive or custom programs and coordinate master programs. Salary and benefits: competitive salary with a minimum guaranteed; official recognition of the status of extended faculty member of LUISS Business School (website, business card etc).

EGO programme Innovation award 2014

The sixth edition of the EGO programme innovation award  took off,  the aim is to select the most innovative ideas in the field of digital technologies and to support the creation or development of new business ventures. The EGO programme is part of the social responsibility projects of Ericsson in Italy and is an initiative of the Foundation Lars Magnus Ericsson in collaboration with some of the most important Italian universities: LUISS Guido Carli, Rome University la Sapienza, Università degli Studi di Roma Tor Vergata,  Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna di Pisa, Università degli Studi di Siena and  Università degli Studi di Trento. The competition is aimed for students, graduates, doctoral students and researchers from  partner universities, also start-ups, innovative companies, team project and single projects aged less than 35 years old. To apply you must complete the application form (downloadable at www.fondazione-ericsson.org) and send your project idea to the  email ego.project@ericsson.com no later than October 10, 2014. It is also advisable to attach a synthetic business plans and the proposers CV. With the new edition of the EGO programme, Ericsson will provide the four entrepreneurial project winners an  economic contribution for the initial phase of the development of the business and a year of on-campus incubation at Ericsson in Rome. During this period the start-ups will benefit from offices, consultation related to the organisational, the commercial, the technological, legal and financial part, and will have the opportunity to get in touch with the customer network and international partners of the company. While not establishing a fundamental pre-requisite for admission to the selection process, We are considering of particular interest the following areas:  Digital public administration, Learning, Media & TV, Internet of things, mobility and transport, the environment and sustainability.
