Nicola Tufo is Adjunct Faculty Member at Luiss Business School in Milan, where he teaches in the Master in Financial Management – Major in Administration, Finance and Control.

He is a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor, as well as Board Member, Equity Partner in the Audit & Capital Markets area of RSM Società di Revisione e Organizzazione Contabile S.p.A.

With extensive experience in auditing, due diligence and M&A transactions, he has supported numerous companies in IPO processes on the Euronext Growth Milan and Euronext Milan markets. He holds and has held positions on the Boards of Directors and Boards of Statutory Auditors of major companies, including public companies, operating in the industrial, financial and infrastructure sectors.

He graduated in Economics of International Trade and Currency Markets from the University of Salerno and later obtained a MAP degree in Public Administration Management from SDA Bocconi.

He has collaborated as a lecturer with many national universities and Business Schools. He is a member of the Technical Committee of the ECM Observatory – Euronext Growth Milan, the stock market dedicated to SMEs on the Italian Stock Exchange. 

He has been a member of the Steering Committee and Interested Parties at the University of Salerno as part of the curriculum design of the Department of Business Sciences.
