The pace of technological change, the social dynamics affecting the consumer market, the entrance in the sector of new players are some of the main factors to analyse in order to comprehend the evolution of the industry. Specifically, the case focuses on the development of the TV series industry and describes the internationalization process of the Italian TV series “Medici: Masters of Florence”.
