Dr Fabian Homberg is Full Professor of Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. His current research interests are public service motivation and incentives and change in private and public sector organizations. He holds a doctorate from the University of Zurich, Switzerland. He has won several grants including funding from the Swiss National Science Foundation, the British Academy and the UK Intellectual Property Office.
