Hylke Sprangers is an international digital and technology expert with a passion for innovation and execution. He enjoys engaging with diverse cultures and values assessing technology’s impact on the future of society.

He has been a university lecturer in tech and innovation Erasmus University Rotterdam. He also serves as a non-executive board member focusing on tech, digital & innovation. Hylke Sprangers has extensive experience as a CIO, CTO, and CDO, with a successful track record across multiple industries and disciplines, including tech and digital leadership (3,000 staff), strategy and investments, innovation and transformation, tech M&A and integration, large-scale digital platforms, multi-brand and multi-country operations, and global scaling. He studied Computer Science at the VU University Amsterdam, where he graduated cum laude. In 2018, he was elected as CIO of the Year in the Netherlands.
