Nicole Alonso, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor and she teaches organizational behavior. She has over seven years of experience in academic research and teaching, as well as consulting for various organizations on qualitative research, training, and leadership development.
Her research interests include employee development, especially one’s leadership capacity, through meaningful work relationships. She also investigates the impact of personal and professional trauma on employee well-being and how leaders can help mitigate the negative effects of trauma. She has published multiple papers in peer-reviewed journals and presented her findings at national and international conferences. She is passionate about applying her knowledge and skills to help individuals and organizations thrive in challenging and complex environments.
