CENTER’S PROJECTS

CeSID activities are universally directed to people related to Luiss Business School, such as Staff, Scholars, Students, Stakeholders, whose engagement CeSID is willing to strengthen in the medium-long term.

Increasing awareness about Sustainability, Innovation and Digitalization, and the related immersion in such issues, constitute the keys to positively transform current business, and consequently the future one.

To change tomorrow, we must properly work on daily activities, step by step.

subscription to gas (solidarity purchase group)

Among its objectives, CeSID is willing to spread awareness about Sustainability across Luiss Business School staff. For this reason, the Center is promoting the purchase of biological products through GAS (Solidarity Purchase Groups), with the multiple benefit to support this reality, decreasing waste, and spreading the usefulness and quality of zero food miles.

This project merges a series of initiatives born from Luiss Business School Staff. Everyone can introduce their idea for making the School campus and Offices more sustainable, by evidencing the benefits and positive outcomes the ideas are going to imply. To generate new actors of change, by acquiring the awareness of their own ability to be part of a positive, wide impact.

Think – thank of innovative consulting, responsible and easy to execute for corporates, in which analysis are made to let sustainability appear as a revolution in business, not a limit. It encompasses two units of businessmen, one steady and another one variable, but both comprehending people involved in innovative and sustainable best practices.

Academic research activity aiming at making Luiss Business School internal actions more fitting to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), promoted inside the Agenda 2030.

The CeSID promotes a structured voluntary activity, willing to involve students in complementary activities essential to their individual study scope, for each student willing to invest their time in the creation of social impact. To generate value and to imprint a superior qualitative asset to the leaders of tomorrow.

The School students’ volunteering in NGOs and No-profit organizations aimed at acquiring a new and different expertise, by creating value in the meantime. This activity may be framed as Internship inside one’s own study program.

Four high-value yearly conferences striving to arise awareness about Sustainability, to spread corporate culture at this proposal, thanks to the authoritative personalities directly involved in the Dialogues.

creative upcycling

Regeneration of Luiss Business School old corporate stationery by involving young artists selected throughout an especially established challenge. The goal of the initiative is to reduce waste and to allow Luiss Business School stakeholders to get a unique piece of special personalized stationery, preserving it (them) from scrapheap.
