Giuseppe Cavallaro is an Adjunct Faculty Member at Luiss Business School and Professor of Legal Education Business Area at the Department of Law. He holds the teaching contract of Commercial Law of the United Arab Emirates at the Department of Economics and Management of Luiss Guido Carli. He is the Scientific Coordinator and Lecturer of the Course “Doing Business in the Gulf” at Luiss Business School, and Didactic Coordinator and lecturer of the Executive Course “NPL Management.” He is also a Faculty member of the Executive Course “Third Sector, Business and Sustainability” at Luiss School of Law.
Cavallaro directs the Short Master in Corporate Law: organs, corporate and organizational models and the Short Master’s Degree in Bank Non-performing Loans (NPL) at the association ‘The protection of rights’ of the Bar Association of Rome. Member of the Center Europeen de Cooperation Juridique.
He serves as legal counsel for insurance and banking institutions, specializing in financial intermediaries, collective management of savings, markets, MTFs, and systematic internalizers. He has authored numerous publications in national and international scientific journals and edited works on commercial law, banking law, financial markets, economic law, and comparative commercial law.
He is chief legal officer of medium-sized Italian enterprises, chairman of the SB, and head of Prevention of Corruption. He volunteers at the Italian Association of People with Down’s Syndrome and the Golden Thread League.
