Guido Cutillo is an Adjunct Professor at Luiss Business School and the founder and Director of the Executive Compensation and Corporate Governance Observatory, which has been a national benchmark on these topics for over 15 years. He also serves as Director of the Luiss Business School 

 course in Executive Compensation and Governance and lectures in other programs promoted by the school. He is the author of numerous publications, including the Manual of Executive Compensation and Corporate Governance and the Compendium on Regulations Relating to the Remuneration of Directors and Corporate Managers, both published by Franco Angeli. 

Founder and CEO of Cutillo & Partners, a strategic-organizational consulting boutique, he has over 25 years of experience in Corporate Governance and Executive Compensation, developed both in academia and research and in the consulting industry. In the latter, he has held senior and/or partner roles in some of the leading international firms, supporting Boards and C-Level executives in many of Italy’s major companies. 

He is also a board member of listed companies, where his deep knowledge of institutional investors and the dynamics of their relationship with issuers is a key asset.
