Chiara Trombini is an Associate Professor (with tenure) of Organization and People Management at Luiss Business School. She also serves as co-Director of the Executive Master in Human Resources, Organization and Leadership, and Director of the Major in Digital Business Strategy.

She holds a PhD in Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University and she has held academic positions at leading global institutions across Europe, Asia, and the United States, including INSEAD Singapore and Harvard University.

Professor Trombini teaches courses in Organizational Behavior, Leadership, and Negotiation across Master’s, MBA, and Executive programs (open and custom programs). She has been recognized as one of the “World’s Best 40-Under-40 MBA Professors”.

Her research lies at the intersection of behavioral science and management, with a focus on how behavioral insights can be leveraged to enhance employee well-being and leadership effectiveness. She received an honorable mention for the APS RISE Award. Her work has been published in leading FT50 academic journals, including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Information Systems Research, and the Journal of Business Ethics, as well as in practitioner-oriented outlets.

Professor Trombini collaborates with multinational corporations across diverse industries—including pharmaceuticals, insurance, energy, personal care, real estate, automotive, defense, and finance—through research, advisory work, and the design and delivery of custom executive education programs.
