Eugenio Santagata is a telecom media and technology, Defense & Security executive with an extensive experience in transformations and international business development in the digital industry.

A former military leader with deep knowledge of defense and intelligence, he applies these skills to create impactful business solutions. Eugenio has successfully led multiple business transformations and IPOs.

He was Deputy General Manager of Elettronica (Elt Group), a leading Electronic Warfare/Electronic Warfare company Founder and CEO of CY4GATE SpA, a leading European cyber intelligence company IPOed in 2020, he now holds key leadership roles as Chief Public Affairs, International Business & Security Officer at TIM Group and Chairman & CEO of Telsy SpA, a company specialized in cybersecurity, encryption and quantum resilient technologies.

Eugenio is a native Italian speaker, fluent in English, proficient in Spanish, with advanced knowledge of French and Russian and a working understanding of Arabic. His academic career began at the Military Academy “Nunziatella” and continued at the Military Academy of Modena. He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Turin and a law degree from the Second University of Naples. In addition, he obtained an LL.M. in Law and an MA in Management from Mitchell Hamline University and an MBA from London Business School. He has also completed an executive course at the Centre for Defense Higher Studies (CASD) of the Italian Ministry of Defense.
