With this in mind, Luiss Business School invites you to participate in the online event dedicated to the Flex Executive Coaching Programme presentation on May 22nd at 5.30 pm.
The programme, recognized as a benchmark in management coaching and accredited Level 2 by the International Coach Federation (ICF), introduces participants to coaching in the managerial and organizational field and enables them to acquire new skills and tools to develop in-depth knowledge and practice of professional coaching.
Level 2 qualifies for ICF credentials up to Level 2 (PCC), recognized worldwide as a quality standard.
The event, entitled “Coaching as a boost for the expression of potential: a tool for the development of human resources”, is an opportunity to discuss with experts in the field of current issues such as neuro coaching and its positive role as a tool for the development of one’s potential and response to change. Furthermore, participants will not only learn about the benefits of coaching in the company but also discover how the coaching model has changed post-pandemic.
During the presentation, Martin Castrogiovanni, former programme participant and Italian 15-a-side rugby player, will share his career path and experience. The former rugby player and the other speakers will be available to answer any questions participants may have.
