Fulbright Scholar, BCG-er, International Manager with a 25 + years track record in Supply Chain and OFulbright Scholar, BCG-er, International Manager with a 25+ years track record in Supply Chain and Operations, specifically focused on Innovation and Sustainability, she dedicates her passion, time, competencies and financial resources into sustainable ventures, such as Impact Hub Benefit Corporation.

These same topics represent her focus in teaching and researching, as Adjunct Member at Luiss Guido Carli and Luiss Business School.

After her degree at Bocconi University, an MBA at Indiana University (USA) with a Fulbright scholarship, and an MBA-SPE at INSEAD, she works in international contexts, including The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and leading industrial companies such as Bestfoods (now Unilever), Indesit (now Whirlpool), and Candy (now Haier), where she directly managed over 600 people. From 2015 to 2018, she is part of the Transformation Leadership teams at Poste Italiane.

As a candidate for Assogestioni, she serves on the Boards of Directors and Sustainability Committees of industry-leading companies such as Esprinet (from 2022 to 2024), and Amplifon. Additionally, she is a Board member of Sit.

In 2023 she is co-opted by the Board of Directors of Danieli Group. She leads the Advisory Board at Apio, an SME developing products and services with Blockchain technology, selecting the members and advising on strategic priorities.

For her give-back activities, she is Commissioner of the Fulbright and BEST- Fulbright Scholarships.
