Fulbright Scholar, BCG-er, International Manager with twenty + years of experience in Supply Chain, Lorenza Morandini now focuses on Innovation and Sustainability, investing both time and funding in sustainable companies (such as Impact Hub Benefit Corporation) and/or in women-led startups (Angels4Women). Elected in the Board and in the Competitivity and Sustainability Committee of Esprinet, a leading company in Southern Europe (Italy, Spain and Portugal) in the distribution of Information Technology and Consumer Electronics, as candidate of the Assogestioni list, she also is in the Board of Directors and part of Risks and Sustainability Committee of Sit Group, an Italian company listed on the stock exchange, leader in components for gas meters and heaters.

After graduating from Bocconi University, an MBA at Indiana University (USA), with a Fulbright scholarship, and a specialization (MBA-SPE) at INSEAD (Fontainebleau – France), her career develops in international environment, such  as The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Chicago and London, and in industrial companies, leaders in their sectors, such as Bestfoods (now Unilever) Indesit (now Whirlpool) and Candy (now Haier), where she directly managed more than 600 people and more than 2500 indirectly. From 2015 to 2018 she became a member of the transformation leadership teams of Poste Italiane.

For her give-back activities, she is Commissioner of the Fulbright and BEST- Fulbright Scholarships.
