Rosario Cerra is Chairman & CEO of I CAPITAL as well as Founder and President of the Centro Economia Digitale (Digital Economy Centre), an independent and non-partisan think tank founded in 2017 which produces scientific research, econometric analyses, and policy proposals on technological innovation shared with the institutional and government leaders of Italy and of the European Union. The Partners of the CED include some of the most significant italian strategic companies operating in highly innovative sectors such as Enav, Enel, Eni, Leonardo, Open Fiber, Tim.

Rosario Cerra’s professional career has developed in Strategic Consulting for Complex Organisations, including the most important international industrial groups, institutions and the most relevant private and public organisations since he founded ABCapital in 2003, which in 2017 definitively assumed the brand of the holding company of the I CAPITAL group.
