Results driven Top Manager with experience across continents. Stefano Pelle developed businesses in various countries and industries, has turned around companies while enhancing top and bottom line, growing strong teams.

He started his career in Marketing in Johnson&Johnson, worked in other MNCs in Italy for the first 11 years and then moved to Asia as Managing Director of large Italian Companies (Perfetti Van Melle, Piaggio, and Ferrero) for large geographical regions.

In parallel to his corporate experience he has been lecturing.

Since 2005 in various Universities and Management Institutes across continents (es. California Lutheran University -Thousand Oaks, CA, USA, Lexicon Mile University and Pune Institute of Business Management – Pune, India), has published 4 books and many articles in Management Journals, Magazines and Newspapers.

For his work in South Asia, he received the high award of Knight Commander (Commendatore) from The President of Italy in 2006.
