Paolo Boccardelli is Full Professor of Management and Corporate Strategy at LUISS University since 2004. He has been Dean of the Luiss Business School from 2015 to May 2022. He is Director of the Research Center in Strategic Change “Franco Fontana” and CoDirector of the Board Academy Program at Luiss Business School. His main areas of expertise are Strategy and strategic planning, Organization, and Innovations and Operations Management.

He is Member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Related Parties Committee and Member of the Control and Risk Committee of TIM Spa for the years 2021-2024.

He has been Member of the Board of Directors and President of the Remuneration Committee of UBI Banca.

He is Member of the AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) Board of Directors, member of the EQUIS Committee, and consultant for quality services and processes for schools that carry out EQUIS accreditation for the first time.
