As every year, on June 24 we are going to offer an extraordinary opportunity of exposure and networking to our MBA students: the “MBA Career Day”.

The event will host 14 international companies which will meet our MBA students through 30 minutes one-to-one interviews from different business industries. The attending companies are: American Express, BNL-BNP Paribas, Deloitte, Dorna, Elica, Findus, General Motors, Grand Vision, Horton International, iGuzzini, KPMG, Merck Sharp & Dohme, Philip Morris, Wind.

This is a unique opportunity for our MBAs, also considering the “numbers”: 14 companies, 30 interviewers for 30 students, for a total of about 120 interviews in one afternoon.

The event will start at 12:30 p.m. with a networking lunch with students and companies. At 2:00 p.m., HR managers will start one-to-one interviews with pre-selected students. These 30 minutes interviews will be the first step of a further recruitment process.

The MBA Career Day is part of the talent management path that the Career Service team has been building from the first day of the Programme.

After career coaching meetings, CV revision and mock interviews, students are now ready to introduce themselves to the job market and test themselves with structured recruitment processes. This is just the first step, but it is definitely an important occasion to leave their comfort zone.
