To train excellent leaders in guiding the evolution of multiutilities in Italy ACEA, in collaboration with Atac Roma and AMA, launched in 2018 the project of the Management Academy with the scientific partnership of the Luiss Business School.

The goal is to build the distinctive skills to optimize the management of the services offered, providing increasingly effective responses to the needs of citizens. The Academy consists of two training programs – Elios and Aurora – based on the Leadership model and focused on three dimensions: themselves (resourcefulness and realization), others (teamwork, mobilization of talent and development of relationships) and the market (knowledge of the reference business and value creation).

Elios Programme
A program aimed at managers that has involved 350 people since 2018. Through an interactive teaching methodology, it addresses issues related to: Decision Making, Problem Solving, Leadership, Strategic Management, Corporate Social Responsability, Open Innovation, Entrepreneurship.

Aurora Programme

A program designed in 2018 for the under 35 hired in the company in the last three years, and then devote in 2019 to people included in professional development. Since 2018 it has involved 200 people who have discussed different issues in order to acquire greater knowledge of the Group’s business, foster the ability to work in teams, develop organizational awareness.
