She works as commercial manager for a market segment at Dow, a leading American multinational in the chemicals and plastics industry, where she focuses on business expansion through sustainable and innovative solutions.

She has held leadership roles in commercial and strategic development, managing global teams and complex projects. With expertise in sales strategy, contract negotiation, and portfolio optimization, she drives business growth in highly competitive markets.

She earned an Executive MBA from Luiss Business School and completed an executive program at INSEAD. She also holds a PhD in Chemical Technology and a degree in Chemical Engineering. As the author of scientific papers in international journals, she is also the holder of a U.S. patent.

She is a board member of Assobase in Federchimica, contributing to the strategic development of the chemical sector in Italy. With an international outlook and a strong passion for innovation and sustainability, she operates with a strategic vision in global markets.
