Senior executive with significant experience in first line management of banking and investment services companies, with 15 years as Head of Group Compliance in Parent Banks (Banco Popolare, Monte dei Paschi) and in situations characterized by high complexity, turnaround phases and change management, rapidly evolving environmental and information contexts. Participation in the Leading Management Team (Directive Committee), with a compliance role, even in some of the most complex and challenging situations of reorganization and discontinuity (MPS 2015-2018), has led him to consolidate: an integrated and in-depth view of the processes and the management of a banking group, according to an approach of strong risk management and attention to regulatory requirements; a marked aptitude for leadership based on independence, reliability, reputation, credibility, authority, both internally and externally.
