Alessandro Napolitano is an Italian attorney admitted before the Higher Courts, with over thirty years of experience in legal affairs, corporate governance, and financial regulation. He has held senior leadership roles in major national and multinational institutions, including serving as Litigation and Contract Director at SACE, where he managed complex export credit, insurance, restructuring, and public procurement matters. His professional background spans banking, insurance, crisis management, compliance, and international operations, with significant experience in high-stakes negotiations and regulatory advisory work. He is Founder and Managing Partner of Studio Legale Napolitano and Of Counsel at Studio Schiavello & Co. and at Oracle Law Global. Alongside his legal practice, he is Adjunct Faculty Member and collaborates with several Italian universities, teaching in master programs on corporate legal affairs, financial crime, and crisis management. Since 2003 he has been a regular speaker at the International Symposium on Economic Crimes at Jesus College, University of Cambridge.
