She is Associate Professor of Management of Innovation. She teaches Innovation Management, Open Innovation & IP Management, Economics of Strategy (Master, Executive and Custom Program) at Luiss Business School and Economics of Business (Undergraduate) at the Department of Business and Management at Luiss University.
She is the Academic Coordinator of the MBA Portfolio of Luiss Business School. For the same institution, she also acts as the Executive Master in Open Innovation and Intellectual Property Director, in cooperation with the University of Turin and sponsored by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development (MED) and the Italian Patent and Trademark Office.
She is Certified Innovation Manager by the MED and She acts as Senior Advisor of Startups-Corporate co-creation projects within the Open Italy program and as Member of the Advisor Board for “Innovation to Impact” program for a Consortium of Italian Large Corporations (ELIS Consortium)
She is Ph.D. Faculty Member of the LUISS Ph.D. Program in Management, supervising Ph.D. Students in the field of open (social) innovation and IP management and strategies.
In her research duties, She acts as senior researcher and task/unit leader for several projects, both at the national and international level, funded by the Italian Ministry of University and Research and the European Union.
Her research focuses on the strategic management and policy of/for Intellectual Property rights, patent and trademark licensing, and, more broadly, Open Innovation practices. She published these topics in leading international journals, such as Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science, R&D Management Journal, and Industrial and Corporate Change.
