The Master in Food & Wine Business will start on January 30, 2017. During the welcome day the students will have the unique opportunity of meeting some of the leading personalities of the Italian Food & Wine Industry.

The Programme is organised in partnership with Gambero Rosso and aims to train students interested in becoming managers in the Food & Wine industry.

Students attending LUISS Business School’s Master in Food & Wine Business will apprehend how to design and realise a restaurant project, specialise as export and hospitality managers and develop successful sale activities and communication strategies.

Luigi Scordamaglia – President of Federalimentare. Chief Executive of Inalca Spa, Gruppo Cremonini, European society leader in beef. Former Director and General Secretary of Assocarni, Scordamaglia became, later, Vice President. President of “Quinto Valore” and Vice President of IMS – International Meat Secretariat. Board of directors member of Agency for promotion and internationalisation of Italian Industries.
